I think it’s safe to say that we all need a little bit of self care right now, whether you are working from home, juggling the schooling of your children (or a bit of both). Whilst you may not be able to escape to a real life Spa any time soon, over a month in lockdown means that a little bit of ‘me’ time has to overdue.
