Team ‘Live’ are in New York over the next few days for meetings, style inspiration and lots of exploring. I thought I’d share some of our experiences with you and hopefully inspire you to visit one of my personal favourite places, and one of the most exciting cities in the world!

We’re staying in SoHo which is a neighbourhood in lower Manhattan. The name refers to the area being South of Houston Street and is a great shopping destination for the designer brands but we also love all of the smaller independent boutiques.

It’s known for its elegant cast-iron facades (it apparently boasts the biggest collection  of cast-iron architecture in the world!) and its  cobblestone streets and is also home to everything from high-end art galleries to street vendors selling hand made jewellery and original artworks.

It’s particularly buzzy at the weekends and after sorting out our meeting preparation last night we headed to a fantastic local Italian for dinner called NoMo and I’ve hopefully captured how stunning the setting was.
